Also make sure that other people know that this is the place where you spend time with yourself, where you do your meditation so that you do not get upset when you are in this field.

A great way to increase your meditation is to ensure that they are pleasant smell. This may be some spices, incense or candles with some really special to give effect and increased sense of spirituality. Another great place is to meditate in nature. For example you can have a place near a beach or forest where you can be quiet and undisturbed and really enjoy nature along with your meditation. Great experiences can be achieved when you meditate in nature. So please if you can do it!

2. How should I sit when I do my meditation?
Classical position is to sit with legs folded and hands resting quietly in your lap or knees. This is the classic way, but really do not need meditation in an effective way to find your position to do your meditation. The approach needs to give you a sense of concentration. And at the same time it should be quite comfortable.

Now, make sure that balance is right between the concentrated and comfortable. If you are very focused on this can be painful, which will prevent you from meditation become more and more. If the position is very comfortable chances are that you will fall asleep and do any meditation at all. This is important, what gives you the best benefits when you do your meditation. Some people will keep their eyes closed, and will have great meditation.

Others will have good experience when they close their eyes and fall asleep. For some people it is better to keep their eyes open and do meditation in this way. If you keep your eyes closed the biggest risk is falling asleep. It is very easy when you get some feelings and experiences in meditation to dose off and fall asleep.

So if you keep your eyes closed make sure you sit in an alert position. This can be on a chair with your feet on the floor or folded. The main thing is to sit up right, will not be too comfortable because you will fall asleep.

Same goes for when you close your eyes do your meditation, meditating with your eyes means to hold open your eyes slightly open, it is really like day dreaming. 4. How long should meditate?
Most people would say that you should meditate in between 10 and 20 minutes two times a day. This is a very good routine, again it is up to you or you are satisfied with what you give the best results.

If it is 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes to save is that you get benefits. Some people will benefit more by meditating 10 minutes. Others need only 5 minutes to do their meditation and get great results. Others want to meditate for 20 minutes.

Time is not important. More important is that you do your meditation on a regular basis. Two times a day is a good routine. So if you go twice a day for five minutes or if you go twice a day for ten minutes or twenty minutes.

License is that you do your meditation on a regular basis. What would you do it when you do meditation as for example for ten minutes a day you feel really good, you will keep and you will continue to do it. And you can increase the duration of your meditation of ten minutes to fifteen minutes or twenty minutes. So go soft but keep a daily routine.

5. A must have real or not?
Some people like to have a soft relaxing music in the background when they do their meditation, other people have as pure serenity. You should try it, do some meditation with some gentle relaxation music in the land back and see the results. Then do a meditation with only silence and again we see the results. The best way is really to have a balance, take off your meditation with some gentle relaxation music in the background. Then there are some nice quiet to really enjoy your meditation. And again we have some soft relaxing music now and then to enhance your meditation.
