Yoga poses, also known as Asnas, working in partner with breathing correctly. Every pose and scope should be coordinated with a precise form allowing us to feel a breath with our body and soul.

5. Meditation and positive thinking - meditation to relax body and mind. It also helps to remove negative thoughts from our mind. Thus, cleaning us from stress and thoughts of this world that we may have.
