Some practitioners find it useful to focus on a particular type of music, when they are seeking the benefits of meditation, relaxation. Not all forms of music would be useful in this search, however. Music that is chosen must satisfy a condition of relaxation rather detached. Music without words should be used to achieve relaxation meditation, the word will just give qualified a new focus in place to allow their minds to achieve conscious focus independently. In addition, the music used for meditation and relaxation should be soft and soothing, not loud and destructive. Music should allow your mind to float at a higher level in the country to be so everyone who eats the bonds of physical life are limited.

Instead of harsh and bright light to create an unpleasant atmosphere, soft and pale settings should be used to promote a sense of peace.
