Yoga can be exercised in a way that allows you to make optimal use of time? Do you know someone who is constantly late, stressed, and unorganized? Usually, we hear about time management in a corporate environment, but can apply Yoga Yogic principles organized in your everyday life. After all, Yoga has helped to reduce clutter in your mind.

Perception of a manager "time poor" is somebody who can not fit a lot more responsibility on the "course of his or her." If we are always late, it is seen as a sign of disrespect for those who are waiting for us. If we do not show respect for those who are counting on us, we will be challenged to earn their respect.

Mutual respect is one of the most precious qualities of a healthy relationship. Without this quality, dry and becomes strained relations. This principle applies to any relationship you have, whether it be a family member, friend, co-worker, or an insight.

1. Keep your promises. Never make a promise you can not fulfill. You will ruin your reputation, taking on projects that you can not be completed. There is a line within Bhagavatam Srimad, which can be translated as: "If I will not keep this promise, I will enter fire atone for my sin."

There is no need to jump into the fire, but you can learn to say "No", instead of making phony promises. A missed appointment, term, promise, there is a way to build a poor reputation that none of us wants.

2. Do tasks you prefer to delay first. The rest of your day is like "being off" later. In Bhagavad Gita, there is a translation in English which says: "They procrastinate, which can be done in a moment they drag on for years. Workers are placed in such a way of ignorance."

For centuries, limbo was a quality of laziness. A strong case can be made that procrastination is a gateway to laziness. A life lesson is clear: Nothing can remove opportunities for success better than crawling.

3. Plan your day, prioritize and unabashed about it. Fear seems to hold us back from planning for the future. Many of us live in fear of what tomorrow may bring. It is said that Swami Vivekananda Sanskrit word translated "Abhih" to mean "be brave." Predict tomorrow's vision of a good day.

Do not fear unjustified keep you and your family back. You deserve to succeed in life. Yoga teaches us to live a balanced life. Irrational fear is guaranteed to affect your balance.
